By Commissioning/Trading with me, you agree to these terms.Please read carefully and ask as many questions as you would like about this document. Once you understand, please let me know to continue the project. You will need to reread and agree again if these terms are changed. If the change is mid-project, you are only tied to what you agreed to beforehand for that project.--------------------------------------

—--------------------------------------Please Have Your Idea Ready!PLEASE NOTE: A.I Reference Material Will Be Rejected IMMEDIATELY. If I find out with proper proof mid-commission/trade that your refsheet is AI or you plan to use my art in AI the art will be discontinued with no refund, and you will be blacklisted.Also make it clear if this is a commission or trade offer. If it needs a deadline or is NSFW, please let me know before payment.Shaded Reference Material May Be Rejected or Add a Fee.Please send all references needed for the art, this can include but is not limited to:
Visual character references of all involved Scene references, Personality descriptions, Emotion or Music (Optional) references for inspiration.I can take verbal/written references with a fee on a case-by-case basis, just ask me!!Please be sure you or someone you know owns these characters and you have permission to commission/trade for art of them.
I am not responsible for making sure the characters are yours and will be left out of any conflict between you and the owner of the character if an issue is to occur.
If I find you have stolen the character you are commissioning art for I will discontinue the art with no refund.If the person you're commissioning for is the one that will be in contact with me through the process of the art instead of you, they will also need to read a copy of the TOS and agree to it before proceeding.--------------------------------------

Queue and Scheduling

My Queue and projects can be found in my Trello on the 3rd card list. I update it often. If you cannot find the link, I'll gladly send it to you just ask.Scheduling and timing of art and progress can be very case by case. Some days I'll get 3 pieces done in an hour and some days it'll take me a week for one project. It all depends on my life and the project at hand. Please be patient with me and I'll update you as often as possible.I work on art sketches while at work. All my sketches are in pen, and I've found this is how I work with the basic anatomy and posing best. That said that means commissions and sketches of all kinds won't be able to start till i can get that done. Sometimes i can take those materials and extra paper home with me but most of the time i cannot. Please keep this in mind when it comes to the timing of your project starting.Please don't be hurt or angry when you see a headshot or half body finished in front of you when your commission is for example a 2 full body fully shaded scene. I will always keep the commission next in line as priority, but I will need to jump a bit to other work or personal work to keep myself mentally healthy.Turnaround times are very unpredictable, but I try my best to work in a timely manner. I have a full-time job, people to care for, and my life outside art is very busy and sporadic.Quality Over Quantity.--------------------------------------
Payments / Refunds
---------------------------------------Payment PlansI will only do payment plans with purchases over $80Your art will not be started until the full amount is paid, but it will keep your place in queue.Any payment made to me without prior agreement to a commission will be counted as a donation. You can message me with a ref-sheet with your donation but it will never guarantee that I make you something. If you message me with a commission idea, then send me a payment without me telling you to send a certain amount that will also be counted as I did not officially accept your idea.Please Note: Any price quotes I give are only valid for the items and descriptions that are put inside the quote messages; changes to the commission idea will need a separate quote even if the price does not change. This is to help me organize what I will and won't be drawing for a certain transaction and will most likely be pinned in our conversations.Refunds Will Only Be Given If I Cannot Complete The Commission.
I Will Be The One That Decides That. No Exceptions.If you've used someone else's money to pay for a commission, I am not responsible for paying them back if they ask. I will not refund you to pay them back either. Nor am I responsible for your personal financial situation either.If the offer of a refund is rejected or refused, I will count it as a donation. I will not tell you twice. Please think carefully when I tell you I cannot finish a commission and would like to refund you as I only do this after careful consideration.--------------------------------------
Personal Limits
—--------------------------------------I will not tolerate certain behaviors.I will not tolerate rudeness, any sexual behavior, or just anything that might make me uncomfortable. I'm a very expressive person and you will know if I'm uncomfortable because I will flat out tell you. I'm VERY blunt.Do Not Threaten Me.Don't threaten me for anything, if you want art from me you trade it or buy it, once you do you still don't threaten me to get it faster. Threats are anything from threatening me, my family and anyone or anything else to threatening to hurt yourself or others around you. You will not get your art, you will not get a refund, and you will be put on customer beware.If I find that you support Cub, Zoophilla, Pedophilia, Racism, discrimination of minorities in any way your art will be discontinued with no refund and will be blacklisted. If you support these, do not contact me again.--------------------------------------
Artistic Liberty
—--------------------------------------When commissioning an artistic liberty piece, you will still need to send me your basic reference sheet before payment. Please always let me know if there are certain scenes or emotions that will not fit your character or make you uncomfortable (EX: Aggression on a happy soft character)If you want it to be an inspired artistic liberty, send me some music or mood boards to base my art choice from.--------------------------------------
Creation Process
—--------------------------------------This is a basic outline of how my art process works, this can tell you what I'm very willing to change through each stage of the art. Listed here are things we should focus on in each stage to make sure it looks perfect to you and saves me time and energy by changing things when it's easy and not waiting till it's finished for changes.I reserve the right to refuse changes in later stages but will always try to do my best to accommodate. If you have any special fur pattern requests, please tell me then before I start coloring so I can note it down.Sketching: I sketch most of my work in pen. Ill most likely give you multiple sketches if I'm not truly happy with one single sketch and we can discuss which you like best and what you would want changed for the final sketch. Small things can always be fixed digitally, in this stage im more focused on the pose, mouth expression, and items.Lines: This is where most of the changes will happen when we dial in the vision and anatomy for the project. I can easily change Fluff Details, Eye Position, Hand/Finger Position, Ect.Color: This is where things get a bit tighter. I can change things like Alternate colors from ref, Gradient fur Vs Fluff Detail. Lineart changes will be very small.Shading: i can change SOME Light Color VS Shadow Color. My “shading” is mostly done in the coloring stages using a bit of color theory and layering elements to look shaded.-------------------------------------Commission Pauses
—--------------------------------------A pause on the commission can be decided by both me and you. I will choose to pause the art if you inform me of any offline plans you have (Ex: Mental break from media including personal messages, Inability to be online due to internet or physical life issues etc…) For over a week. You can also choose to pause the commission anytime you feel overwhelmed or any sort of way that makes you unable to keep up with updates and such. These pauses will never end in refunds, and I will check in a week or so after the beginning of a pause or hold to see how you feel about continuing. If you feel it can be continued, I will show you how the art looks again and remind you where we left off and we will continue.If I decide to put your commission on pause it is very likely I've put my entire queue on pause. This can be for a multitude of reasons including but not limited to art block, mental exhaustion, inability to access my materials, and limited commission work time. I will always keep you updated on these things and let you know when I will continue. I try to keep personal pauses as short as possible, but I ask your patience on longer pauses for more serious things. If on hold for an extended time I may or may not make some extra gifts to make up for such a long pause time.The things I create need consistent involvement of both parties. making adjustments to the art, how things feel with the emotions connected, any lore accuracy, and just details in general. I love making things that feel very personal so i like to keep in consistent contact while creating them.--------------------------------------
Completion / Copyright
—--------------------------------------Once the commission is completed and sent in a final file form, it can be slightly edited for 5 days after. These edits are small, such as small color changes, small pattern fixes, slight shading fixes etc.. I will be the judge on if your requests can be made.You may not sell any of the commissions I make for you as your own stock unless talked about in private and a cut going to me is organized. This is a rare arrangement and will most likely be turned down unless the art is a Logo or Pin/Sticker design.Do not claim my art as your own.Do not trace my art even in personal non-posted works.Do not have another artist alter or “complete” any art I've created for you.Do not run my art through AI, If i find that you have you will be blacklisted from further commissions.Always credit me when posting your commission on social platforms by adding“VoidCreatureCreations, “@ NixIsGlitched ” or by directly linking my channel or personal account tag.I Reserve The Right To Use All Art I Create As A Means Of Examples And Advertisement.I Reserve The Right To Edit And Update These Terms At Any Time.If Changes Are Made You Will Be Updated As Well.Last Updated March 23rd 2026
