Terms Of Service
IN PROGRESS OF UPDATING1 Working ScheduleDon't Expect Me To Be Working 24/7 And Don't Nag Me For Updates.
I have family, myself and pets to take care of, i am not always at my computer to work on commissions. I do spend alot of my time on my laptop working and chatting but i do have a life outside of it, please always remember that.
And yes of course you can come say hi and ask how its going every so often or if its been awhile id love to chat with you but PLEASE dont be asking for updates EVERY SINGLE DAY. Please understand that i need to take my time for quality and i give ALOT of WIPS(Work In Progress) pictures and screen shots. You will be fully informed on all updates as they come.
I am a very patient person and understand but i do have a personal life.
If you do and i feel your being pushy about updates i will follow a 3 warning system, after the third warning your art will be discontinued.
Turn Around Times are not very predictable but i do try to be efficient.
Quality over Quantity.2. No Refunds2a. I will not start on any art till it has been paid. No Exceptions.
2b. I DONT DO REFUNDS!
Plain and simple, i do not do refunds with only one very rare exception.
The ONLY time i will refund is if i feel like i cant finish the art you've commissioned me for.
If i do refund you because i feel i cant do your commission i will give a full refund unless you have done something that gives me a reason to give you only a percent back, but that is rare. i like to be fair so if you haven't done anything wrong but still don't get your art i will give you a full refund.
2.c If a refund is refused I will count it as a donation and I will not try nor will I when asked, refund your commission.
2.d Please Use Your Own Money!!!!
I am not responsible for any financial problem your going through. And i will not refund if you use someone else's money to pay for a commission no matter the situation, you are responsible for the money you give me and where it comes from. That also includes trying to make me do the art by paying me before its official, that will be counted as a donation and will never be refunded.3. Behavior Tolerancei will not tolerate certain behavior.
I will not tolerate rudeness, any deeply sexual behavior, and just anything that might make me uncomfortable. im a very expressive person and you will know if im uncomfortable because i will flat out tell you. im VERY blunt.
ALSO DO NOT THREATEN ME
Don't threaten me for anything, if you want art from me you trade it or buy it, once you do you still don't threaten me to get it faster. Threats are anything from threatening me, my family and anyone or anything else to threating to hurt your self or others around you. You will not get your art, you will not get a refund, and you will be put on customer beware.4. Tips And DonationsTips
A Tip for me is anything paid over the price of the commission. I am extremely grateful for any tips i get.
NOTE You cannot use tips to get me to add details to the art that was not agreed upon before the price was given.
Donations
These are any money sent to me through any form of payment without prior agreement to commission or some sort of purchase. You cannot ask me for my paypal, pay me, then tell me the art you'd like, that is considered a donation and will never be refunded.5. Small RemindersBy commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service.
I own my art, do not claim it as your oun and do not sell it off for profit unless we have agreed to it on personal terms.
Do Not Trace, Copy, or Claim My Art As Your Oun!!!
You are able to buy full ownership of the art to sell it off as profit if you'd like, we will discuss price of ownership in personal chat.
I DO follow a queue so if your art is not started immediately, please do not pressure me to start it. If you have a due date, I will get it done by then with the right fee. I will work on the person first in my queue but to keep from art block and other motivation issues I will jump around my queue just a small bit. PLEASE BE AWARE
I Reserve the right to edit and update my Terms Of Service at any time and i will update all who follows it once edited.6. Not Following TOSNot following the TOS
If at any point these terms are not followed to a certain degree, the art being made will be sent as it is and no more work will be done on that piece. I am a very patient person, i will give you warnings, i will give you chances, but if you push to much i will have to stop working with you.
And depending on what your doing against TOS ill stop all progress on the art with no refund.Last Updated October 2023
